Research Overview
We want our development to be as close to the needs of users as possible. This is why we conduct interviews on a regular basis.
Because we are an open source project we also want the results of these interviews to be open. By being so transparent we hope to shape the discussion about features and decision towards what’s best for the users on both sides of our application. Our job is to mediate between both sides and find balanced solutions to problems.
