Staff Members & Notifications Overview
Staff Members are accounts that have access to the dashboard. They have assigned roles, which imply permissions for users.
Add Staff Member Add a new staff member to your instance
Edit Staff Member Changing a staff members details
Grant Access to Staff Member Enable a staff member to decrypt appointments
Delete Staff Member Removing a staff member
These Staff Members can be subscribed to channels, which will enable notifications.
OpenReception only knows a few roles so far. Global Admins are for technical administration, Tenant Admins for self-administration within a tenant and Appointment Managers for everyday work with appointments and availabilities. This is an overview of what they can do:
