Agents & Absences Overview

Agents are the people/ groups/ teams that take your appointments. If you assign more agents to a channel, clients can choose which one to meet with.

Note

Agents are not necessarily the same people who are accessing your appointments. Only Staff Members can access appointments.

You can also add Absences for agents, to make sure nobody can book appointments with them, when they are not available.

Note

Only future absences are shown and absences in the past are automatically removed.
