Deny Appointment

If you’ve set a channel to require confirmation before appointments are accepted, you have to confirm or deny them.

  1. Navigate to the calendar section of the dashboard, go to the appointment you wish to deny and click on it.

  2. A modal with the appointment details opens. Click Deny Appointment

  3. A confirm dialog opens.

    Are you sure you want to deny this appointment?

    Click Ok to proceed.

  4. The appointment is now denied and removed. If the client had e-mail notifications enabled, they wil be notified.

    Every staff member in the channel will be notified.
